Ltd presents an online platform www.kakatiyaclub.in , www.communityclub.in and mobile applications known as Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB, facilitating user interaction for listing of various items such as Matrominy, properties, automobile, job, products, services and etc., but not limited, through the websites/mobile apps. The terms herein refer to Katyayani Game Verse Pvt. Ltd as "/Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB " or "we," and the website/mobile app as the "Portal" or "Platform."

Agreement to the terms and conditions is mandatory for users. Users are urged to carefully read and understand the terms before using the website/Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB app. Proceeding with registration implies agreement to be bound by this user agreement, including any amendments made to date.

Any individual utilising the Portal/Platform for listing or searching for properties, automobiles, jobs, matrimonial services, products, etc., is referred to as a "User." Katyayani Game Verse Pvt. Ltd is legally incorporated in the state of Telangana, India, having obtained a certificate of registration. The company adheres to the required company registration standards, including having company bylaws in place.

Upon registration, you consent to receiving communication, including promotional messages, through SMS, voice call, email, and push notifications.

4. User Account Validation and Personal Information Verification

Kakatiya CLUB / Community CLUB may attempt to validate user accounts through KYC details, phone calls or emails. If unsuccessful, additional attempts will be made. Inaccurate KYC details, contact information provided by the user absolves us of responsibility for service interruptions. KYC details will be stored in our data servers in order to support or assist law & enforcement agencies, legal consequences and to any competent authorities for any further enquiries on any suspicious, fraudulent activities of any user.

5. User Restrictions

Anti-Cheating and Anti-Collusion:

You agree not to incorporate unauthorized components, cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, or any third-party software altering the Portal or Platform. Usage of third-party software intercepting information is strictly prohibited. Any attempt at external assistance may result in a ban at Kakatiya CLUB’s/ Community CLUB’s discretion. Collaborating for cheating purposes with other users is strictly prohibited.We cannot guarantee and assume no responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the information provided by users. You are solely responsible for any enquiries, negotiations, transactions and etc., actions you are initiating on the basis of details you have found here.

Money Laundering:

Engaging in any activity on the Portal or Platform that could be construed as money laundering is prohibited.

Anti-SPAMMING:

Sending unsolicited communication, such as SPAM emails, to obtain registrations on the Portal or Platform for promotional benefits or any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

Multiple IDs:

User registration is limited to a single account for availing Services. Creating or using multiple user IDs is prohibited.

Content Posting:

You may not post content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, harassing, illegal, or violates the rights of any person. Additionally, content violating intellectual property, disparaging Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB, or promoting competing services is prohibited.

Indecent Login Names:

If a login name is deemed indecent, offensive, or objectionable, you will be notified to provide an alternate name. Failure to comply may result in the permanent suspension of your user account.

Communication Protocols:

Hosting, intercepting, emulating, or redirecting proprietary communication protocols used by the Portal or Platform is strictly prohibited.

Platform Framing:

Framing the Portal or Platform, altering content, or removing proprietary notices is prohibited.

Malicious Content:

Uploading content containing viruses or computer contaminants that may disrupt or destroy functionality is strictly prohibited. Impersonation, attempting to obtain private information, or harvesting email addresses is also prohibited.

Account Transactions:

Selling, trading, renting, leasing, or transferring your user account or associated attributes is strictly prohibited.

Fraudulent Activity:

Any fraudulent activity, including attempting to use another person's credentials or accessing Services through someone else's account, is strictly prohibited.

Defamatory Media Posts:

Posting defamatory material or comments detrimental to business interests on public media, whether controlled or moderated by Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB is prohibited.

Automated Extraction:

Using any automated system or software to extract data from the Portal or Platform ("screen scraping") is strictly prohibited.

6. KYC

In the process of scrutinizing financial assistance proposals, our portal or app mandates users to undergo an e-KYC process. Users are required to upload documents such as AADHAR, Permanent Account Number (PAN), and bank account details. These e-KYC documents must be validated or uploaded in jpg, jpeg, or pdf format. The validation process may take up to 30 working days, and the status will be communicated through our Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB Platform.

The Company "Katyayani Game Verse Pvt. Ltd" ensures compliance with applicable laws during service execution and adheres to jurisdictions without violation.

As part of customer due diligence, the company captures a clear image of PAN cards, driving licenses, or any government-issued identity card, aligning with RBI directions on KYC requirements. The information must match the records maintained by the company, including the name and date of birth.

7. Service Disruptions

Service disruptions, such as disconnection or communication interferences, may occur due to issues in internet infrastructure or hardware/software problems on the user's end. Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB is not liable for interruptions in services, and users bear the responsibility for any risks associated with service interruptions.

Users acknowledge that an inability to access services or data due to errors, omissions, or technical glitches, whether attributable to Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB or not, does not hold Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB responsible. Users cannot compel Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB to pay any additional amount beyond service charges for such errors or omissions.

8. Content

All content on the Portal or Platform, including information, images, logos, designs, and multimedia, is protected by intellectual property laws. Chat content, messages, and user-generated material may be logged/recorded and utilized by Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB as part of the Content. Users consent to the display of their User ID and Name in advertisements or creatives.

The Portal or Platform may contain information or hyperlinks to third parties. Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of content on third-party websites or apps. Users accessing third-party content through the Portal or Platform do so at their own risk.

In spite of, our efforts to check users identity, we recommend, you also must do a personal check of the details, before you proceed with Profiles/ Proposals/ Offers. We are not responsible for your activities with others through this app.

Do not post any sort of controversial information. You are solely responsible for the content you are posting.

Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB reserves the right to modify terms and conditions without prior notice.

9. Promotions

Various promotions and contests are offered by Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB, details of which can be found in the Promotions section on the Website/Mobile app, constituting part of the Terms. Additional terms specific to a promotion, if any, shall be applicable.

Pay Nominal fee, offers may be limited, and users agree to pay the balance amount for additional services or editing,changes, any modifications or upgrades in their profile. Further, any promotional offer(s) availed by users, must pay the balance amount as and when requested by the company.

No fee offers in matrimony, property, vehicle, jobs and etc., are for limited period and for limited number of either proposals or enquiries, which the user can use without any subscription payment, but the user needs to pay the KYC and other applicable charges. Exceeding the free limit, thereafter, the user needs to pay subscription fee for either posting a proposal or enquiries.

Offers like, Marry First - Pay Next, enroll only on Nominal fee and etc, but not limited are may be for limited time or for limited number of profiles, and users agree to pay the full balance amount, while user wish to edit in matrimony profile or wish to change the status as engaged to proceed. Furthermore, the user also agrees to pay the balance amount as and when requested by the company. If respective of promotional offers or discounts, users must pay KYC validation charges, payment processing charges and etc charges, but not limited.

If a user wishes to update, Assets range in matrimony profile, the user's existing subscription package will be revoked and the already paid fee will not be either adjusted or refunded. Users have to consider this update as a new subscription package. The already availed promotional offers, discounts may not apply to the new subscription packages.

10. Loyalty Program

Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB may implement loyalty programs for different user segments, and the details and terms of such programs can be found in the respective Help sections. These loyalty programs may be modified or discontinued without notice, and Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB holds no liability. The company may grant reward points or other loyalty rewards at its discretion, and users acknowledge that unredeemed points or rewards may be revoked upon termination of such programs. Promotional offers like *Earn ₹10/-for Post, ₹3/-for Like, ₹100/-for Referral joining and etc., are considering as Bonus money, such Bonus money is strictly redeemable only for payments in this app, and maximum redeemable value from available bonus money for any single transaction is, as set up by company policy, which may change from time to time, without any prior notice.

11. License Agreement & Intellectual Property

Content on the Portal or Platform is to be used solely for availing services as per the Terms. Ownership rights, copyrights, and intellectual property rights in the content belong to Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB or its licensors. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the content for accessing and using services. However, users cannot sublicense, assign, transfer, rent, or make any unauthorized use of the content.

12. Voluntary Termination

Users can discontinue the use of services at any time by notifying Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB via email at [email protected].

13. User Account Suspension

Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB may suspend or restrict user access during investigations for suspected Terms violation, breach of security, or charge-backs on the user account. The decision to suspend or restrict access is final.

14. Breach and Consequences

In case of a breach or if continued access is deemed detrimental, Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB may take actions like restricting access, permanent suspension, demanding damages, initiating legal action, or barring future registration. The decision of Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB is final, and any action taken is without prejudice to other available rights and remedies.

15. Complaints, Grievances & Disputes

Complaints and disputes are to be kept confidential, and users agree not to disclose details to third parties. Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB aims to resolve complaints within a reasonable time, and its decision is final and binding. Irrespective of the content herein and in Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB / Katyayani Game Verse Pvt. Ltd's Privacy Policy, the User grants authorization to Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB for sharing all information related to the use of the Web Site/Mobile App with its finance partners.

As per the application form, the User will submit documents to meet Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB Associates or partners' satisfaction and accept the prescribed loan terms and conditions.

“I, as a User/Member of the services offered through the web portal Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB / Katyayani Game Verse Pvt. Ltd., hereby expressly authorize Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB and any of their business associates to call/SMS my/our registered phone numbers. I expressly state that such authorization shall override the national Do-Not-Disturb Registry ("DND"). I/we also undertake not to make any complaints to NDNC for calls received from Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB services/products, indemnifying them against any liability arising from such communication. I authorize Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB to make the initial communication (via Call/SMS/E-mail/WhatsApp) for confirming my credentials. I hereby authorize continued communication until I expressly opt-out/unsubscribe.”

19. Governing law, dispute resolution & jurisdiction:

The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy will be construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Hyderabad, India.
