In the event of Charge back or refund of payment, refund the Subscription or Service fee paid by you for that particular Service or promotion or listing category, Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB takes all necessary actions to refund your Subscription or Service fee as early as possible, however due to any unforeseen circumstance like act of God, natural calamity, war and etc., in such circumstance will refund within 60 working days from the date of demand from bank or any competent authority. 

 

Once notified, post verification of the withdrawal request, we may disburse the specified amount by cheque or electronic transfer based on the mode of withdrawal selected by you. We shall make our best efforts to honour your choice on the mode of withdrawal but reserve the right to always disburse the specified amount to you by cheque. In case of non-availability of your bank account details, the Company may require you to provide those details to process the refund/ withdrawal. We also reserve the right to disburse the amount on the financial instrument used to Add Cash to your user account.

 

 

No user is entitled to claim refund of paid fee in the events of, no response from any other user/s on his post /profile /advertisement /promotion and etc .,but not limited, or user’s post /profile /advertisement /promotion/log in/ sign up, and etc or blocked on the basis of reported by other users as a fake, abuse, spam, misleading, fraudulent intention, and etc., but not limited.

 

 

Service or promotion or listings may be suspended or interrupted due to technical glitches, errors from the data server side, or events beyond our control. In case of cancellation of a Service or promotion or listing where a User has paid Subscription or Service fee amount, he will not be permitted to use any another Service or promotion or listing. Any refund will be the sole discretion of Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB. Refund of Subscription or Service amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes which shall be additionally borne by you.

 

 

If you are unable to join in any special offer for any reason whatsoever, you will not be able to avail of such offer. In such cases, any fee paid will be refunded to your account.Service or promotion or listings offered under the Promotions section may be canceled or discontinued by Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB at any time without notice without any liability on Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB whatsoever, except refund of Subscription or Service fee, if applicable.

 

 

In the event that we have made several attempts to reach out to you but have been unable to do so, we also reserve the right to permanently suspend your user account and refund the amount, if any, in your user account to the financial instrument through which the payment was made to your user account or by cheque to the address provided by you. In the event the address provided by you is incorrect, we will not make any additional attempts for delivery of the cheque unless a correct address is provided by you and charges for redelivery as prescribed by us are paid by you.

 

 

Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB disclaims responsibility and liability for any harm resulting from cancellation of any Service or promotion or listing organized by it. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund or any sort of compensations or claims, in case of any service outages that may be caused by failures of our service providers, computer viruses or contaminants, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Kakatiya CLUB/Community CLUB. Further, You acknowledge and agree that: you will not be entitled In in any circumstances, you're not entitled to get a refund of the amount which is more than the fee amount you have paid.
